Refund Policy

At TOIC Fitness, we aim to provide high-quality group fitness experiences. However, we understand things may not always go as planned.

Subscription Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for completed subscription periods

  • Partial refunds may be considered only in cases of:

    • Medical emergencies (with proof)

    • Service failure on our part (e.g., canceled sessions without notice)

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at admin@toic.fit within 7 days of the issue

  • Provide relevant documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, relocation letter)

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original method of payment.

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued.
